Brazil will have a presidential election in 2026. A company called Quaest did a new poll. The poll shows how people in different states plan to vote.
The poll made a map of the whole country. It shows the presidential race state by state.
Another company, Datafolha, did a poll too. It looked at the state of São Paulo. In São Paulo, a politician named Flávio is leading. He leads in the first round of voting. He also leads in a possible second round.
A journalist named Josias de Souza wrote about President Lula. He said Lula is close to the first round. Josias said Lula is fighting against an illusion. This means Lula may believe something that is not true.
The first round of the election has not happened yet. It will happen soon. Many people are watching the polls. The polls help people understand who might win.
