India's weather office has given a rain alert for many states. This is for Saturday, September 26. Heavy rain will fall in 21 states. This includes Sikkim, Uttarakhand, and Madhya Pradesh.
The IMD is India's weather department. IMD gives news about weather. IMD says winds will blow at 60 km/h. Km/h means kilometers per hour. This is a fast wind speed.
Rajasthan will also get rain. Ten districts in Rajasthan have a rain alert. A district is a small area inside a state. A cyclone may cause this rain. A cyclone is a very big storm with strong winds.
But some cities are very hot. Five cities have temperatures above 40 degrees. Temperature tells us how hot or cold something is. So some places are hot and dry. Other places will get heavy rain.
