Some parts of Japan already feel strong winds. These areas are Kinki and Tokai. This is in the western part of Japan.

The typhoon may come near Kanto on September 21 and 22. Kanto is near Tokyo. Weather experts say there could be strong wind and heavy rain.

People should get ready. A power outage is possible. This means the electricity may stop working.
