There is a big alert for rain in Catalonia, Spain. The weather agency Aemet gave a red alert. A red alert means very bad weather. It means the rain is very dangerous.
The rain can cause floods. A flood is when water covers land. Some areas have a high risk of floods. These areas are Alt Penedès, l'Anoia, and Baix Llobregat. These are places in Catalonia.
Because of the storm, trains stopped. Some AVE trains stopped. AVE trains are fast trains. Some regional trains stopped too. Regional trains go to nearby towns. Rodalies trains also had problems. Rodalies are local trains near Barcelona.
People must be careful today. The rain is very strong. Officials are watching the weather. They give news about trains and roads. People should check the news before they travel.
