On September 25, it started a new travel discount for two places: Miyazaki and Oita.
This discount is called the "Kyushu Recovery Discount."
It helps people travel to Kyushu and helps the local economy.
Saga is another place in Kyushu. Saga started its own bookings later, at 12 o'clock.
Fukuoka, also in Kyushu, started the discount too.
But some websites, like Jalan and Rakuten Travel, did not start bookings for Fukuoka yet.
On the first day, many people called the Fukuoka office.
The phones did not stop ringing.
There was some confusion because people had to wait for the office to finish its work.
The Fukuoka government said bookings will start there "when everything is ready."
