Listen to the story
Kuriyama Komaru, a popular VTuber from the group Aogiri Highschool, has suddenly gone on a hiatus from her activities.
A VTuber is a performer who uses a virtual animated character to create content online, often through live streams and videos.
The agency that manages Aogiri Highschool has not given a clear reason for the hiatus.
The company only said that the matter is related to a contract, so they cannot share more details publicly.
They have also not announced when, or if, Kuriyama Komaru will return to her activities.
This kind of announcement often worries fans, since it can suggest a serious issue between the talent and the agency.
Aogiri Highschool is known for its group of VTubers who perform under a shared theme and build large online followings.
Fans have reacted with concern on social media, asking for more information about the situation.
However, since the agency has described the matter as something tied to a contract, it is possible that legal or business reasons are preventing a full disclosure.
