The Kerala state government held its Suvarna Keralam SK-73 lottery draw on October 16, offering a first prize jackpot of ₹1 crore. The draw began at 3 PM, and ticket holders have been checking the result list to see if they won.
The Kerala lottery is run by the state government and includes several weekly draws, each with its own name and prize money. Suvarna Keralam is one of these regular lottery series.
Kerala's lottery system is popular across the state. Several different lotteries run on different days of the week, each offering large cash prizes to winners.
For example, the Karunya KR-771 weekly lottery was drawn on Saturday, October 10, and a full winner list was published afterwards, along with instructions on how to claim prizes.
Another recent draw, the Dhanalekshmi DL-73 lottery, was held on October 14. Its first prize of ₹1 crore went to the ticket holder with the number DM 669350. A complete list of other winning numbers was also released.
Across all these lotteries, winners are usually required to follow specific steps to claim their prize money, which often involves presenting the winning ticket and valid identification to lottery offices.
The Kerala lottery department regularly publishes these results so that ticket buyers across the state can easily check their numbers and find out if they have won a prize.
These draws are a regular part of public life in Kerala, with many residents buying tickets each week hoping for a share of the jackpot prizes on offer.
