Along with the milk, 75 kilograms of spoiled paneer, a type of soft cheese, was also found.
Both the bad milk and the paneer were destroyed on the spot to stop them from being sold.
These actions are part of ongoing efforts by food safety departments to protect consumers from unsafe or adulterated food products.
Officials say such checks will continue in the future to ensure that food sold to the public meets safety standards.
The fines collected act as a warning to other sellers who might mix harmful substances into food for profit.
