Why US Politicians Are Getting Older
Listen to the story
Many people in the US political system are old. Some leaders are much older than before. People want to know why this happens.
Young people do not get many top jobs in politics. Older politicians often stay in their jobs for a long time. They do not want to leave.
This makes it hard for young people to become leaders. Many young people want change, but old leaders have the power.
People in the US are asking questions about this. They want to know why the system helps older people more than young people.
This story looks at the real reasons. It is not just about one leader. It is about the whole political system in the US.
