The storm can make small rivers, called torrents, overflow. This means water can come out onto the streets. The government wants people to be careful.
Special army teams came to help. They are from the UME, a Spanish emergency group. They help when there is bad weather or disasters.
The storm has also stopped travel. 64 flights were cancelled in Palma and Ibiza. Trains stopped running too. Some roads are closed because of the rain.
