Spain's health ministry has a new plan. It wants one new job title for nurses. This title is for nurses who work in emergencies and critical care. Critical care means very sick patients. The plan has a new name: Critics, Emergencies and Urgencies.
Nurses in Murcia like the new plan. Murcia is a region in Spain. These nurses say the new title is good news. They are happy about the change.
But not everyone agrees. A group called SEMES does not like the plan. SEMES is a group for emergency doctors. They say doctors do not want one joint title. SEMES wants a different plan. They want a separate title just for emergency nursing. They do not want to mix it with critical care.
So now there is a disagreement. Nurses and doctors do not agree on this plan. The health ministry must decide what to do next.
