One woman said, "We are without a roof." Her house lost its roof in the storm. Many other homes lost their roofs too.
The city is called Santiago. It is in the south of Brazil. The storm also brought strong wind.
The Civil Defence is a group that helps people in emergencies. They gave an alert for more bad weather. An alert tells people to be careful.
