Google Opens Its First Flagship Store Outside the US, in Tokyo

Google opened a new shop in Tokyo, Japan. The shop is in a place called Omotesando. It is called the "Google Store".
This is the first Google Store outside the United States. It is also the biggest Google Store in the world.
People can go to the shop and try new phones. They can also try making an avatar. An avatar is a small picture of a person, made by a computer.
The store had a special opening event. Two Japanese celebrities, King & Prince's Nagase Ren and Nakajo Ayami, were at the event.
There was a ribbon-cutting at the event. This is when people cut a ribbon to open a new place. But the scissors did not cut the ribbon well. Nakajo Ayami helped to fix the problem.
Nagase Ren also talked about his life. He remembered moving to Tokyo when he was in high school.
