Google Launches New Fitbit Edge Fitness Tracker
Google has made a new fitness tracker. It is called the Fitbit Edge. A fitness tracker is a small device. You wear it on your wrist. It checks things like your steps and your heart.
The new Fitbit Edge costs $180. Google says it is the smartest Fitbit tracker yet. This means it has more new features than older trackers.
Google is also making a smartwatch. A smartwatch is bigger than a tracker. It can do more things, like phone calls and apps. Some people do not want a big smartwatch. They want something simple.
The Fitbit Edge may be good for these people. It is not a full smartwatch. But it is more than a simple tracker. It could be a good middle choice.
Google bought Fitbit some years ago. Since then, Google has worked a lot on health products. The new Fitbit Edge is part of this plan.
