Listen to the story

Some cheap stocks in India have gone up a lot in price. These are called penny stocks. A penny stock is a share that costs very little money.

News website Jagran wrote about three stocks. Each one costs less than ₹20. That is a small amount of money.

One stock costs about ₹10. In one year, its price went up by 1100%. This means the price became much, much higher. The report says it did better than Reliance, a very big company in India.

Jagran also wrote about other penny stocks. Ten of them went up as much as 326% in 2026. Some of these stocks cost less than ₹3.

One stock under ₹10 hit an upper circuit of 20%. An upper circuit is the highest price a stock can reach in one day. This company also had good results. Results show how much money a company made or lost. This company used to lose money. Now it makes a profit. Profit is money a company earns.

People who like cheap stocks are talking about this news. But cheap stocks can also be risky. Risky means something might go wrong.
