The president of Algeria met an important American adviser this week. The adviser works for the US president. He looks after Africa, the Arab world, and the Middle East. His name is Massad Boulos.
This was the third time Boulos came to Algeria. He talked with Algerian leaders about many things. People did not talk in public about the Western Sahara issue this time.
