The Louvre is a big museum in France. It has the famous Mona Lisa painting.
The museum will change a lot. The Mona Lisa will move to a new place inside the museum. This will happen by 2031. After the changes, you will need a special ticket to see the Mona Lisa.
The museum is very crowded. Many people visit every year. The museum will make a new entrance. It will also make a new garden.
It’s hard to see other art now. When the Mona Lisa moves, it will be easier to see more paintings. The museum will also make better bathrooms and restaurants.
Soon, people from outside Europe will pay more money to visit the museum.
The changes to the museum will cost a lot of money. The government will not pay for it. The museum will use money from tickets and other places to pay for the changes.
